Somewhere on the East Devon coast is a beach like no other.
We have spent the last Seven years camping there as much as we could every year and having a great time, every time. In all the times we've been there we have never counted more then 25 people on the beach at any one time. Probably got something to do with having to walk a couple of miles across country to get there.
There is always plenty of driftwood for fires and benders. The clay is great for making a clay fires, ovens and for rubbing on this skin. You can fish for your own supper or just sit back and watch the shoals of fish just of the coast in the evening sun.
At low tide the beach becomes sand and is like a mill pond most of the time. The pebbles provide great camping just by the sea, you can get a great tan and let it all hang out if you want to.
If you've been here then you will all know what we are talking about. If not then it is another beach to find and enjoy when you get there.
Have fun looking.
